Please note that during COVID-19 we are working to get items to you as soon as possible, but delays may occur, so please be aware that although we aim to dispatch within 2-4 working days, deliveries may take a little longer than usual.
If you need to return an item, please notify us prior to sending back the item as the shop is currently working to reduced hours.
We hope that you are pleased with your purchases but in the unlikely event that a product is not quite right, or you are not satisfied for any reason, please return the item within 14 days of PURCHASE with proof of purchase. Please email us before returning items.
Products must be returned in perfect condition and where possible in original packaging. The return delivery charge will be met by yourself unless the order or product is faulty or incorrect.
You will be notified by email when a returned items is back with us. Once assessed and accepted, successful returns will be exchanged or refunded via the original payment method. Return delivery costs will only be refunded if the goods are faulty. We expect you to return any items by a cost effective method.
We are not liable for lost return packages so please obtain proof of postage in case the package fails to reach us. We will not refund items that are damaged in transit whilst being returned to us. We strongly advise you to insure the package in case it is damaged in transport.

Upon receipt, the item(s) will be inspected and any exchange or refund processed once the condition of the item has been assessed. Assuming the condition of the item is satisfactory in the event of a return, a refund will be made through the same method of purchase.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Should your purchased item(s) arrive damaged or faulty, please advise us by email within 2 days of receipt by email to email@example.com. Please provide photographs of the damage. In the event of damaged items being received by you,, we will do everything to rectify the situation as quickly as possible with the option of a full refund or an exchange.
